How we create the perfect children's slumber party
1. Choose your Sleepover Party Theme and Package
To begin your child's slumber party booking, choose which Slumber Buddiezzz sleepover party theme and package you would like and we’ll check that it’s available on the date you need it. Please try to give us a few weeks notice, if possible, to enable us to create the perfect teepee sleepover and any extras that you may require. We love your slumber party ideas. We can do a sleepover party at short notice, if the date is available, but please bear in mind that Friday and Saturday nights and school holidays are optimal times for children's slumber parties and therefore do book up quickly. Once we have confirmed that the requested date is available, we require a £50 non refundable deposit to secure the date. This can be paid on the website. Please note that until a deposit is received a party is not booked.
2. Slumber Buddiezzz Slumber Party Consultation
After your sleepover party booking is confirmed, you'll receive a Slumber Buddiezzz Consultation either by phone or email, or if you prefer, and are local to Derby, we can meet over a coffee to discuss all the details with you and any ‘little extras’ you may like included. We can provide lots of sleepover accessories to match your sleepover party. We even hire out pamper party packages for the perfect children's spa parties. Please let us know if you have any slumber party ideas or special requests in mind, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
We will get in touch during the week prior to the sleepover party, to confirm the delivery time and any final details with you, making sure things run smoothly on the day.
3. We Deliver, Set Up and Style The Teepee Tents
The day has arrived and so have we, to assemble our stunning teepee tents, and style the venue. It takes between 60 to 90 minutes to transform your room into a whimsical sleepover party setting (depending on the amount of teepee tents required) and once we've checked that everything is perfect, we will disappear and it's over to you and the party guests to enjoy their sleepover party until the following day. We aim to have everything set up at least one hour prior to the start of the party so that you have time to relax before the arrival of the guests.
4. Enjoy The Moment, Create the best sleepover party Memories
You’re all set. Enjoy creating sleepover party memories and if you capture the moments on camera, why not use #slumberbuddiezzz when posting about it on social media channels and tag us in the photos @slumberbuddiezzz.
The teepee tents are yours to enjoy until the next day when we will return at the arranged time to take it all away.
Then it's back to us! All the bedding is freshly laundered in a non-biological detergent. We wash and disinfect all decorative items and spot clean where necessary, all ready for the next party.
The children have had a wonderful time making lovely memories at their sleepover party to last them a lifetime so, now, please recommend us to your friends, they need to make memories too!
